Do you need voicemail?

Voicemail is designed to replace hand-written "While-You-Were-Out" forms. It provides a very reliable storage space that is linked to the phone on your desk. When you have new messages, it can alert you via a light on your phone, or through your beeper/cell phone, or both. You can then check your messages from your desk or from outside the office. There are many other features as well (see list below).

How about Automated Attendant?

Automated Attendant answers the phone and routes callers to the right departments and/or extensions. Then, if no one is available, the voicemail takes over and allows callers to leave a message for that department or extension.
